Our Founder
Kunal Nema is a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) graduate in Commercial Laws and a duly enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council of India. With nearly four years of experience, he practices across both public and private law domains.He specializes in mining law, commercial suits and regulatory matters, with significant experience in handling litigation for various organisations before various courts and quasi-judicial bodies. His practice spans diverse sectors including Commercial Courts and natural resources, insurance Laws, infrastructure, real estate, mining, power sector, and environmental law.

He regularly advises government bodies and private entities on regulatory compliance, contractual matters, and policy issues, and represents clients in civil and criminal proceedings. His work reflects a balanced blend of litigation, advisory, and compliance expertise, positioning him as a dynamic professional in legal practice and sector-specific consulting in India.
